Lovely food, german inspired and decent value. Good selection of beers. Service was pretty quick considering the pub was quite busy. Nice relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Walking distance from the stadium, and universities

I have been coming here on and of since I was 17 (am 53 now) and have seen this change from a bikers and indy student dive with a brilliant jukebox to a trendy bar to the bit of everything it is now. The ale especially the Tiger has always been consistent . Ate for the first time with my Dad and sister a couple of weeks ago. Interesting menu and very good filling ghoulash, just very noisy environment for eating a meal. But high marks for nostalgia.

Great little pub fairly central in town. Good range of beers and serves excellent quality food. Try the pizzas.
