We embrace French culture and love of food and celebrate all that is great about French cuisine. All of our dishes are freshly prepared in our bistrots by our chefs, using a mix of artisan provincial ingredients and carefully selected locally sourced ingredients, in the style of typical continental bistrots.

The Bistrot is very well presented, and I was fortunate enough to visit during the holiday season, when festive decorations livened up the already rather classy atmosphere. I had the beef, and was initially surprised not to receive a larger knife - but it was so well cooked, so soft, that the knife was almost unnecessary. The accompanying vegetables were flavourful and sweet, and the garlic mushrooms I ordered on the side had just the right amount for a good kick, without being overpowering. The staff at Pierre were friendly and professional. My plates were take away quickly after finishing each course - without me having to call for a server - which I appreciated very much. Lastly, although it isn't a cheap restaurant, it was definitely good value for its price range.

Took my girlfriend here for lunch and it was an amazing experience. Staff were friendly and committed. The menu had a good amount of options, and with the different prices for the amount of courses, made for an adorable meal. Everything tasted fresh, presentation was good. We had a 3 course meal, and we finished dinner nice and full. Would definitely recommend trying it. Very cosy and nice decor!

Great place. Been here many a times and never been disappointed with the choices on the menu. Wine list is extensive and no so expensive. Great decor with very french feel to it. Slow service is significantly offset by fantastic food!

Delicious food and good service. Pleasant decor. Good for intimate dining for couples or larger groups too. Good choice on early diners special offer menu before 7pm. Central Leicester location.
