I ordered my wedding dress from here and I was originally skeptical as I don’t always trust Asian bridal wedding stores for bridal due to traumatic experience’s. However, Sultana provided me with an exceptional service. She used her knowledge, culture and extreme patience to make it a safe space for me to pick the right dress. She works hard at her job, always helping brides feel a million dollars. The dress came exactly how I wanted it original to the Red sample dress and the fitting was great. They steamed the dress on day I picked it up making the whole experience immaculate. She wears her heart on her sleeve and she made me feel super confident when I was trying the dress on. I can’t thank her enough for making this process so seamless for me. I was surprised to know she did not own the store but merely worked there, but her love and expertise made her stand out along with some other employees. Sultana you are a diamond and thank you for being such an integral part of my special day.
I bought my wedding outfit from Noor after spending time with the team and discussing what I wanted they presented me with options to fit my taste and budget. They have great variety and quality pieces. Would highly recommend Noor and especially big Thanks to Vish who was so helpful and gave the best advice.

Great experience here - outfit came back perfect! The colour and design were amazing and alterations were done very promptly. Sultana helped us and she was really lovely, friendly and helpful. Other staff were also nice and helpful. Would recommend them!

Absolutely awful service from Sultana. I ordered my dress well in advance and it still arrived late. I spent over £500 on a dress for it to arrive a different colour to the sample piece. The dress came and it needed alterations which I needed to pay an extra £50 for ‘expresss cargo shipping’ which delayed my dress being given to me when I needed it because of how horribly the dress fit. Sultana is SOOO rude, confrontational and argumentative. I said countless times that there is no need for her aggression towards myself and my mother. We are not confrontational people and I had to bite my tongue so many times. She will start an argument with you instead of taking accountability. Don’t take her advice, her suggestions are so poor, you’ll end up paying more for alterations. However I have to say the tailor there did amazing. Thank you to the tailor who saved my dress.
A pleasant experience from start to finish! Sultana is kind, friendly and approachable. The entire experience with her has been joyful and stress free! Will definitely be returning and telling all my friends and family!
