Will cheat you. Ordered ladies wedding suit, upon collection the item had been made with much cheaper, inferior material to the item on display. The original item was still on display so it was immediately apparent that the materials used were different and therefore looked and felt nothing like the original design. Refused to refund the deposit paid, said that they would sell the item and give us the deposit back after. It's been a few years and still haven't heard back from them so assume they sold the piece and kept of all of the money. Please refrain from shopping with people of such low morals and lack of ethics in business. You will not get what you pay for. The reason this review is being left after a few years is because I really did not think that such a business could survive with such a business model, but apparently they are still there so best that people stay wary. Disgrace to their otherwise wonderful community these people are. Steer clear!
Worse service ever received. I was looking at buying my wedding lengha and was told that I could take the one I wanted and could get a refund if I changed my mind. I tried to take it back the following week but told by someone else that they don't offer refunds! The original guy even admitted to saying it to the manager but they still wouldn't give me a refund .I had to pick another lengha from their range which I wasn't 100 percent happy with but had no other choice. I would hate for anyone else to go through what I did and so will never go there again or recommend to anyone.
The level of service I received here was fantastic. From choosing my wedding outfit right to customising minor parts. Will never forget the amount of help I received. I was messed around by JJ Singh Saab / Kapoor Saab Formally known for soo long and Manu at Komal's was kind understanding and understood the situation I was in. We ordered my outfit and was delivered before their estimated arrival time. Forever grateful to them. Only issue is they take cash. Which is difficult to pay deposits etc... if you're not walking around with 100's of pounds in your pocket.

Not happy with the service . They keep seeing you like you came to steal anything . We need to touch things before buying . I was surprised to see when they said to handle things carefully . Felt not welcoming and come out without buying .
Best customer service ever, really kind people and great variety to choose from. Definitely recommend.
