I would recommend Kiran’s to any bride to be. Compared to a few other places we went to, the staff were so friendly and helpful. They had such a wide range of bridal outfits to choose from. We ended up picking a top and chunni and matching it with a slightly different skirt. They let me make the alterations I wanted to and remained in contact throughout the process. The fitting process was also really helpful and showed me how to sit in the gurdwara too which was something I hadn’t thought of at all! I got so many compliments on my outfit! Loved, loved working with the lovely ladies at Kiran’s in getting my look for the big day together!
The customer service is absolutely amazing! Minnie helped me choose the perfect outfit, took perfect measurements and had it made in a very short space of time. She kept in touch and was accurate with the expected delivery date. I cannot thank Minnie enough for her amazing, and highly professional support. Thanks Minnie! Fouzia

Thank you all at Kiran’s for creating such a warm environment and helping me to pick my wedding dress! I was able to get my dress made from scratch within 3 weeks! Amazing service and will be back for whenever I need anymore dresses as the designs are the prettiest there!!
Came here with my family to buy outfits for my wedding. I found the staff member who served me to be quite arrogant and impolite. In the end I took my sale elsewhere, and returned later as my family wanted to check the store one last time. The same staff member asked me if I was successful in obtaining an outfit to which I informed I was. He then started to tell me how I was "ripped off". Well here's the funny thing, I would sooner pay 10x the price for the same item than spend a penny at Kirans. They need to teach their staff how to speak to customers! Incredibly poor service and I'm glad I did not spend a penny here.
What can I say about Kirans...these guys completely smashed our wedding look!! When I saw the outfits, I was thrilled and our pictures together are perfect. Everything I had imagined in my head was pieced together exactly. I went into Kirans and tried on a few outfits after shopping online, visiting pop ups, Southall and every shop on Soho road! Kiran herself asked me, what kind of thing do you have in mind? And after describing the look and theme I was hoping for she pulled out 'the one' I tried it on and couldn't take it off! It was perfect! All of the staff were so lovely, VERY patient and extremely helpful in helping me to get the right fit, length and colour. There is nowhere else I would recommend a girl gets her wedding lengha or any outfit for an occasion, than from Kirans. I've visited a few times in the past when my siblings had married and so I knew I would get fail proof, timely service. And the outfit itself was like nothing else I had tried on!! We actually elbought my mums, sisters and cousins outfits all from here, as well as my grooms outfit, all without a hiccup! I really could not recommend them enough. Even now the wedding has passed we still talk about how happy we were with our outfits and how much we still love them. Thank you to everyone at Kiran's!!!
I would really recommend Kiran's! They have the most beautiful and unique designs and are open to making any changes that you might want for the special day. Kiran, Nisha and the rest of the team were all so kind, patient and generous. I had the best experience choosing my dress, going for fittings and wearing it on the day. Thank you x
I would recommend all brides to go to Kiran’s for their outfits! Everyone at Kiran’s was so warming and kind-hearted and made the process so enjoyable and stress - free. The lehenga was designed and made on time and was everything I imagined and more. The quality of the outfit, embroidary work and fitting was perfect and I love the family feel of when you walk into the store and everyone welcomes you with open arms. A big thank you to Nisha for all of your help - I was smiling on my whole train journey home holding my outfit! Thank you so much to Nisha, Minnie, Kiran and everyone at the store for being so lovely xx
I ordered my Rokha/ Engagement outfit from Kiran’s and was very happy with customer service, Nisha was very helpful. They customised my outfit and got it ready within a short period of time, the outfit was beautiful and exactly how I had imagined!
I collected my Sherwani from Kiran's today and I have to say that the experience from start to finish has been excellent. It started with a general browse as Kiran's were recommended by family members. We were helped by Sukh who showed me various styles of Sherwani on offer. He advised to book an appointment so that we can have dedicated time to try on as many Sherwani as needed, the session would be attended by Sukh for help and advice. I did just that a few days later. I was asked if I had anything particular in mind then shown some options. I tried on four sherwani, some matching accessories such as the malaa and kirpans to see which 'look' worked as a whole. Great service by Sukh who helped with fastening and buttoning the various outfits and showed great patience even when I wanted to try some options more than once, and was very respectful with his advice. Once I had decided on my outfit, I stressed that I needed it by a certain date and Kiran's did not disappoint, having it ready a week and half earlier than expected. I was sent an automated text when everything was ready and asked to phone to book the fitting appointment. It was organised quickly for the next day. On the day of the fitting and collection, everything went well, it fit perfectly and comfortably. Small adjustment needed on the pyajami, which was done there and then, I tried on the full outfit again and was very happy with the result. Everything was packed up nice and neatly and I was on my way. Overall I purchased Sherwani, with matching shoes, malaa and kalgi from Kiran's, and I can happily recommend them for their quality of product and great service. If like me, you are stressed for wedding deadlines and overwhelmed by the choice out there, visit Kiran's who will help you choose the right outfit, tailor to perfection and deliver on promised time if not before.
