Fantastic, unique and clean rooms. Excellent host! Breakfast in the morning was always hot, fresh, and delicious. Ample offering of toasts, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, eggs, meats and more. Could not be any better.

An absolute gem. Perfect location (East Sands beach a couple minutes away walking), comfy bed, great dinner (and golf) recommendations (thanks Pam!); and a phenomenal farm fresh haggis with whisky breakfast.

A beautifully clean modern B&B. breakfast was fresh and delicious and Pam the owner was incredibly warm and friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this B&B, truly a Home from Home.

We have stayed here on numerous occasions as we love the area, and it's a great base to tour this part of Scotland. Pam the owner is most knowledgeable about the area and can recommend day trips with good hostelries along the way!
The bedrooms are most luxurious for a B&B - don''t let that title confuse you, it's a beautiful home with lovely touches in the rooms, and the attention to detail makes it extra special.
Be hungry in the morning, the breakfast caters for all whims and appetites, thankfully you can walk if off around the picturesque town of St.Andrews.
We will definitely be back.

This is a brilliant little B and B and Pam, the owner, could not have been more helpful. Her breadth of knowledge of things to see, do and eat locally was so helpful we really should have stayed longer!
The breakfast was delicious and I just loved falling in to those crisp Egyptian cotton sheets after a busy day golfing or walking the picturesque coastal path.
A great experience and can't wait to go back!
