We spent 3 nights and wished I could have stayed longer. Breakfast was excellent and our room was very nice. Gerry managed to get my husband on the ballot for the Old Course which was a pleasant surprise.

We had a fantastic time this weekend, thank you for taking such good care of us.  Our room was very quaint and our view to the castle was probably the best in St Andrews.  Breakfast was extremely filling and served with a smile, and lots of humour from the staff.  We can't recommend Castlemount high enough to travellers.  Many many thanks for making a birthday weekend, extra special for us.

Stayed here for three night and couldn't have asked for more, a lovely clean room with a comfortable bed, quiet surroundings and to top this all off was Jerry & Kirsty the owners of the bed & breakfast. They made us feel very welcome and had lost of advice and recommendations for us. They let us use their parking space for one of the nights as we couldn't find any off road parking while the road was closed. Had a very laid back atmosphere and breakfast was brilliants, I wanted to try everything on the menu but the salmon and scrabble eggs was so good I stuck to that every morning. Highly recommended and I can't wait to return.

I have stayed in numerous Bed & Breakfasts the length of Britain and Castlemount is one of the very best.
Following my second visit, I would echo all the good points made by other reviewers, especially the wonderful view of St Andrews Castle.
The owners and staff could not be more friendly and helpful and my wife loved the free ticket to a nearby spa.

I was really satisfied with the service. Breakfast was delicious and we got a big portion. Jerry was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return in the future. Thank you.
