About a 15 minute walk into St Andrews. Excellent breafast and Bill and Ann very helpful. Clean and comfortable.

What a wonderful experience! Bill and Ann are very nice, accomodating and a pleasure to chat with.  Our room was a nice size for the 4 of us and the bathroom was huge! After spending many nights at other locations around Scotland, the extra room was great. Walking distance  to restaurants, shopping and the sea. The wifi was dependable. Breakfast was the best we had had in a week! We wish we would have stayed longer.  Hope to go back soon!

Popular family-run B&B accomodation. Easy access to beautiful East Sands beach. Nice walk to town centre, about 1 mile away. Free WIFI throughout the house.
