Best coffee I have ever tasted. Incredible selection of coffees.

Food and drinks were served by waitresses who were hungover and completely out of it, unpleasant and not a nice experience whatsover. Food was cold, drinks were slow and the watressing was appauling. Get some new staff. Don't reccommend

Ordered a tea and coffee and two panini, took 30 mins for drinks then had to ask for milk and sugar and spoons, coffee was like wee. Was asked 3 times what we ordered by staff then waited another 30 mins for food, when it finally arrived was told there was no coleslaw so we have plonked crisps on instead!!!!!!. Was amazed as  there was 8 members of staff visible all of which were totally useless. Avoid like the plaque!!!!!!!!!!!

My chocolate deluxe taste just like a cup of hot milk, flavourless. Turns out there was a tub of cream and marshmellow that should go with it but that came separately at the end.
