Always a pleasure, been popping in here for lunch or a cup of tea and cake stop for the past few years. Never disappoints. Service is always cheery, home made cakes a lovely treat and the sandwiches are superb.
We had a lovely morning starting with the free parking nearby and a peaceful walk around Fishguard Harbour before stopping here for breakfast.nThe staff are genuinely helpful and kind, which made for a great atmosphere. While the food was decent about average for a cafe, the prices felt quite high for what was served. To give you an idea, expect to pay around £12-£15 for certain lunch items like quiches or sandwiches, and nearly £35 for a couple of light meals and drinks.nIt’s a beautiful spot to sit and enjoy the harbour views, but just be prepared to pay a bit of a premium for the location
Popped in for lunchnBoth of us chose one of the specials which was grilled pollock.nAbsolutely lovely.nI dont know why more places in Pembrokeshire cant do just simple grilled fish dishes. Let the product speak for itself!nThe fish was cooked to perfection, lovely simple salad, sautéed new pots and an Asian slaw. Served simply with a little pot of home-made tartare. DELICIOUS.nStaff lovelynThe cakes and traybakes looked terrific, there will definitely be a next timenDelighted
