Absolutely shocking experience with this company.
They cancelled my massage 8 mins before start time (by email?!) when I was already in the building and had booked the day off, they said they'd be in touch later to reschedule. That was two weeks ago, I've phoned repeatedly, emailed repeatedly and no one has even acknowledged me, not a single email.
All I wanted to do originally was reschedule the massage but now I just want a refund and that's proving impossible. 
I phoned three days ago and spoke to someone who said she'd have to get her manager to sort out the refund and promised I'd get a call that afternoon, she then changed her mind and said that actually she would email me, still waiting!
The treatments might be good here but I wouldn't know, they have utterly disregarded me as a customer.

I had a great time at the Hilton, The lady I had was Gifty she is really gifted with her magical hands and the treatment I had was worth a treat. My aunt also came with me but she wasn't that happy because the lady she had didn't do the same  treatment that well and even though the facilities were closed after the treatment the ladies still managed to give us a voucher to use next time and I was only unsatisfied that I didn't get to have cakes at the end or a drink before the treatment but overall it was a good experience and I will come back again.

Me and three other family members went today for my sister's 18th. I had my feet done first by Emma, she was great. She was warm, bubbly and thorough. My sister had Gifty who was just as nice. Then my mum had her back by Emma and aunties feet by Gifty. I asked my mum how her back massage went because mine was next and told me she had Emma and she was AMAZING. To my delight she was the one doing my back massage, let me say Emma took it to another level. Like it was honestly a priceless massage.  She hit and cracked spots and totally fixed my wrist (which was crazy) I've  had one at Virgin in Putney and it was defo a waste of money. The only reason I would come back is for Emma. Emma needs a raise big time. Gifty facials were also bomb my mum and sis were glowing. My aunty had Emma next and said she was a real diamond. Thank you so much Gifty and Emma you honestly made all four of us feel like birthday girls.We want to take you home. The pool was nice and clean. The life guard was also helpful. The man in the bar was having a bad day. He was a little of at first. But he redeemed himself with my cappuccino. He didn't check to see if we were enjoying our food. And when we asked about cocktails didn't try to upsell just said they were £12. Service was poor in the bar area. Big let down on that end having years of experience in this industry I was expecting a little more. The receptionist was also lovely was working very hard. If you go ask for Emma and Gifty honestly worth every mile from london

AVOID This Place. 
My wife and I went for treatment on Sunday, whilest the treatment was ok the pool area,shower area was so disappointing. These areas had a real bad smell similar to a open sewer.after spending only 45 minutes in the pool area we had to leave. After having a quick shower I noticed a lingering smell on me, must of been dirty water or something like that.after complaining to ocean spa they said it was nothing to do with them and I needed to speak to the leasure side of the spa as this was nothing to do with them. I spoke to the manager there who was to call me back, guess what that didn't happen so I called ocean spa back who offered me £6.00 back "how insulting " I declined this, I was told this is all they could do for me. I'm now waiting for a PA manager for the Hilton hotel to call me back. Will let you all know how I get on. If your after a break with a smelly background then this is the place to go. Avoid this place, it's not worth it.i have given this place1 star and that's because I had to....
