Nip Nip do an on-site service at my work, which I have used a number of times and found to be excellent. My bike always feels better after they've worked on. The option to pre-book your slot via their website on these days works very well for me. More recently, after a pothole tried to eat my bike I felt I couldn't wait for the next site visit, so took it into their base for repair. Work was completed to a high standard. and turned around quickly. I was even offered a replacement bike whilst they had mine in the shop. My bike now feels good again. Well worth a a visit if you can't wait for them to get to you.

Had my bike serviced. They have confusing levels of this. The one I opted for turned out to be very basic compared to elsewhere. They fitted a new inner tube on my front wheel, which had no retainer bolt on the valve so it wiggled around and 2 months in broke. They ignored the worn break pads (apparently this costs more) and fitted an allegedly new chain. What made matters worse was the attitude of the staff member I dealt with - which was arrogant bordering on rude. To be fair, there was another team member who was fine so maybe I just got the wrong one. Anyway, if you want a basic but over priced bike service with a possible side order of attitude, this is the perfect place to go.

Whenever I get the email to tell me that NipNip are coming to my part of town to do an 'on-location' service, I always book in. Always a great experience. They only do the work that's necessary. It's consistently of a very high standard, and very economical. And the team are also great and friendly, and never patronizing, which you can get from some mechanics. I would 100% recommend them.

Nipnip is a good business. It's not like many larger companies as it has an active owner in the business, and the owner does care. I can say i have had good business with nipnip like I've not had with many companies in a while. Don't bother with the larger bike chains as they are impersonal. It's better to choose a company like nipnip where you as a customer are valued. Thankyou nipnip!

The NipNip mechanic was on station the other day at the underground car park where my firm has its bicycle parking. My bike's had some hard use over the past few months, commuting most days, and I had been meaning to take it in for a service as I knew it was in need of one but I just hadn't had the time to take it in, so I asked the mechanic to take a look and see what needed doing. He quickly spotted wear that I hadn't noticed and that could have resulted in a big bill if not tackled now, so I got him to replace the cassette and chain and the brakes were down to 10% so needed doing as well. He did a general service too - the whole lot was done in a couple of hours, very efficient and I was more than happy with the cost. Riding the bike home I could tell the difference.
