Awful. Spent 45 minutes here choosing new shoes. £100 on the price tag. Owner wanted to charge me £150 at the counter. First, said only size 46 was £100. Then when he realised that wasn't true, said only last year's model were £100. That wasn't true either as they weren't selling any of last year's models. Despite openly advertising the shoes for £100, refused to sell them for that price. Contacted head office to complain. They said they'd get the manager to contact me. Never did. Followed up two weeks later. Very apologetic - would get the manager to contact me. Never did. Really shoddy service. Bought the shoes online for £100 from another supplier. Don't waste your time.

Great fast super friendly service! Got a puncture on my morning commute to work! I was in and out within 15 minutes!!!! Brilliant! Made my day!!! Great job, thank you!!!

Excellent customer service today whilst I purchased a Brompton. Tom was particularly helpful. Very polite and patient and took time to show me all about the Brompton. All the staff know their stuff here. Perfect customer service.
