Fantastic Customer Service Volt Metro Love the bike. Bit heavy but brilliant. I use it to do a 15 mile round trip to work every day. Rain or shine. Would not happen with a manual bike. Had this for a while, whenever I have contacted them with an issue, they have always helped me, and in my mind, gone over and above what I had expected. Lyle and James are brilliant. Thanks.

My husband recently bought an Infinity from our local dealers and is highly delighted with it. In order to keep up with him I decided I would like a Pulse and I am collecting it in the next few days. I have ridden his Infinity and it is a joy with hills a thing of the past. Very clever bike and not much thinking for me to do to decide to buy the Pulse. I would like to say that our experience with Volt and especially Lyle was a very pleasant one. In these days of general apathy it was refreshing to have contact with someone who obviously cares about his product and indeed his customers. Thank you Lyle for your help and advice. You are a Top Man. I am very much looking forward to my new bike. Anne.

Recently bought the Volt Alpine from these guys... gotta say i'm loving every minute of riding on this awesome machine... even just staring at it is enough to bring a smile to my face. Since i've made the switch, my daily commute has become about 1000x easier and quicker... i am proud to say i will never look back!

I bought a Volt Pulse a couple of years ago and absolutely love it. It did develop a small fault with the throttle (was still ridable); arranged to bring it back, and was fixed inside a couple of days. Great service from these guys and great selection of bikes. As with another review, it was a really hard choice. Definitely considered buying another one in the not too distant future, for the Wife to join me on some long, but easy as you like, rides through London's parks.

I have bought a Volt Metro in August 2015. The bike is very good fit for my commute. I cut 2 train stations at both ends of my train journey, which saves me £170 a month! Electric hub motor is powerfull enough to propel me, 93kg, on 3-4% slope at 14mph speed with a little help. The bike is very enjoyable to ride. Especially in the city, it is very good to have the throttle in hand, accelerating from traffic lights, overtaking vehicles in standing traffic. 20in wheels is a disadvantage for long distances, i.e. push bike with large wheels will be always faster than you on flat roads. It does not fold great, there is a room for improvement. It is heavy to carry up to platforms at train stations. Aftersale support was faultless. My bike had a problem with the folding hinge after 3 months of use and 1200 milege, but they replaced it with a brand new one, 2016 model! I cant complain!. The new model is more refined, eg lights, cabling, handle bar, folding hinge etc. I travelled 22 miles with a single charge and i still had 2 bars of battery life. I believe 30 miles can easily be achieved with the lower capacity battery. My advice is that if you are under 90kg, it is then sensible to consider a folding bike in general.
