My first visit today and me and table of four all loved our food. Don't be mislead by the looks of the place, yes it's intimate but the food was amazing. I had the duck salad for starters and steak and prawns for main both are full of flavour and wonderfully presented with nice touches on the steak and prawns like wild rocket, garlic oil and Finley sliced onion and peppers. This place is a must try and probably the best food I've had in Bolton. The deserts were home made and also amazing and the chef coming round to talk was a nice touch. A little gem on our door step.

The food is nice and the portion are very generous, actually a bit too much I would say. I have been many times over the years, and while I think it is great that they have a separate vegetarian menu, as far as I can remember it seems to have been the same things on it for the last 10 years! I know a lot of people who rave about the restaurant, and maybe the meat dishes are amazing, but as a vegetarian I can't get too excited about it.

I cannot rate this restaurant enough. A tiny little place in Bolton with simply wonderful food. The hosts were really welcoming, the food was to die for and the atmosphere was wonderful. A must if you come to Bolton!
