We brought fish and chips from NGL last night and my partner got a chicken wrap, he has been up all night with food poisoning! Wouldn’t recommend.

very busy.. there is a reason for that...Go and try it..you won't be disappointed...Actually asked them to stop apologising for the length of time I was waiting.Food: 5/5

This establishment has extremely poor food and even worse customer service. If I was able to attache images of said poor quality food I would, I've worked and managed fish and chip shops for years.  I also have twenty plus years experience of being self employed. I have NEVER spoken to a customer with the distain in which the management spoke to me...!! Disgusting service...!! And is truly damaging to Just Eats reputation.  I wouldn't eat from this establishment again if they were paying me..!! As a former proprietor myself I would kindly suggest the current proprietor of said shop offer demand his staff take a customer awareness course, the current staff are loosing the establishment business. I'm an ex Taxi driver/proprietor from the same town and word of mouth can be the very best or very much the worst kind of business..!! Especially in a small town like Rayleigh, bad advice will travel fast.

Unfortunately, one of the worst fish and chips we have had in long while. The chips were hard not crunchy hard, just hard all the way through the fish was not particularly tasty and the batter on the fish very soft.  We had had servings here before and they have been ok, so perhaps this was an off day. After one of the best fish and chips we have had the other day albiet in Glastonbury, this was very poor by comparison.

I had cod and chips last night.. it's was excellent.I shall visit again.

One of the best fish and chips I have ever had. For a little shop they have a big menu. This is a little gem in the service road off London Road Rayleigh. Well worth the visit.
