God awful place. Food is passable at best and I’m sorry to say that many of the staff don’t speak English. It may sound harsh but it very difficult to order, explain dietary requirements or complain about something when they don’t understand you. That’s a side issue, the food is just bad

Great food, good service, fitted us in without a booking. One big negative for us was that we had a wheelchair user with us, they have got a portable ramp but it does not cover both steps and it was steep to pull a 85kg man over

Have always loved this restaurant especially for their ability to cater for a gluten free diet but I was very disappointed when trying out their takeaway food which i assumed would be just like the food that is served in the restaurant. I ordered a carbonara, garlic bread & fries and was told it will be ready to collect in 45 minutes, I was 15 minutes away when they called to tell me they had run out of gluten free pasta so seeing as i was halfway there i just changed my order to a pizza and all was fine but when checking the food it was all cold, looked like it had been sitting in a kitchen for an hour and it wasn't fresh at all, the toppings on the pizza and garlic bread was basically nothing, I couldn't even cut the pizza due to it being completely dry, hard and cold so ended up having to put my own toppings on and re heating it at home so that I didn't feel like i'd completely wasted my time and money but I definitely won't be wasting my money again as the food I was given was not worth it at all. Really disappointed and quite annoyed that I paid for it. Do not recommend their takeaway service.
