Went to Gateshead Travel Shop to purchase my Gold Card today. Nice clean spacious store where I was served by staff that were knowledgeable helpful and polite. Overall a great customer experience. I will use this shop for my card renewal next year. Also some interesting offers from National Holidays was on sale here.
Offers a selection of local bus and travel tickets and passes. Also sells a range of National Holidays travel packages. Can often get busy early on in the week if there are a lot of people renewing passes etc.
States it's open today till 5pm but actually closed at 1pm. Think you need to sort your opening times out to provide people with better information
