Great store with such friendly staff, they are always quick to serve and will go the extra mile to find products that you are looking for even if it means helping you order it from the next website. They have customer service down to a tea. The store is clean and perfectly set out making it easy to find what you are looking for with little clutter on the floor or shelves.

Nice range of products. Store has gone through some nice changes. One of their staff called Chelsea is a racist lady, and the store manager is kind of the same.

Casual, smart, formal or officer wear, there is a great selection of clothes and shoes for men, women and children.

Great looking store now that the refit has finished. It has an extended women's, men's and kids dept, a Lipsy store alongside and a new Costa on the top level with great views of the intu shopping centre. Well worth a visit.
