Went there particurarly to buy one of the latest coats. They had only one left in my size and it was on in store display. When I asked to try it on the staff said I cant do it due to Covid and I cant buy it anyway as its a display item. I have been also rejected by the store manager who did not even come to face me. Ended calling Lipsy customer services and spoke to a lovely guy who arranged the purchase for me on the day. It happened that the coat was available to buy it was just incompetence of the staff.
