poor customer service, I cant speak for everyone but the last experience I've had was that the girl behind the till hasn't say a word, no hi, no thank you, no nothing. I greeted her and she just looked moody and judgemental, i feelt disrespected that she didnt say hello back to me.

I hate going into this store. It feels dirty-the lift is especially gross. I always feel like I'm going to get stuck in it. There is no customer service here. Staff is young and appear to only be interested in socialising with one another. I wish there was a better sports store with the same range of items I need in Uxbridge.

Felt things are a bit messy here. The staffs doesn't seems to be pleasent and supportive. Was able to search and find myself a jacket which I wanted to buy. Got a good deal on the same as well. The batminton racket selection is poor. Had only 10-15 rackets available. Same with non marking shoes.

Really poor customer service staff didn't seem to be interested in serving and was more interested in sorting shoes out when inquiry about a product he radio other members of staff none seem to reply. Once item was finally found was told only card payments upstairs but staff was unwear of this also

Rude incompetent staff more interested in selling you bags for life and a lifestyle magazine And try to push products on you like gel inserts for ill fitting cheap nasty shoes. The clothes are not great but good for work! Some sizes are Miss labelled so try before you buy!
