Great customer service even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon. I needed samples for my LO . The lady was really helpful and made multiple trips to look . I was a little disappointed that my discount card was for purchases with adults shoes. Considering toddlers shoes were £32 .very expensive
Assisted by a young man called Haider today in Clarkes Uxbridge store. Very polite and supportive, he helped me with getting my sons shoe size corrected when i had purchased the wrong size in error. Thank you very much. Good store.
I have been waiting for shoes to be delivered since 21/11/22 to Uxbridge store . Went in on 26th Nov to pick up the shoes and was told not here yet do you not there is a Royal Mail strike . Okay how would I know what service you are using to deliver ? Customers are unaware of the internal workings of your organisation . I phoned Uxbridge store this afternoon 30th Nov and spoke to Natasha who was very unhelpful . Instead of trying to help locate my order she started lecturing me about strikes and asked me to chase up Royal Mail myself if I wanted to find out where my order is . Hold on !!!! My purchase agreement is with Clark’s not Royal Mail so it is Clark’s responsibility to help locate the order and not the customers . Apparently Natasha is the store manager and she has other negative reviews on here but Clark’s seem to be happy for her to be one of the faces of their brand . I will be pursuing a refund and spending my hard earned money elsewhere . I regret ordering these shoes from Clark’s .
Young Salesperson, Yahyah, absolutely wonderful. Patient, helpful and attentive. He helped me order the correct sizes and suggested styles. Excellent store.
I went in on a Monday to get my toddler's feet measured to see if we needed to buy new shoes yet. My toddler was running around the shop excitedly having a great time, luckily it was fairly empty but he wasn't too keen to get his feet measured. The staff were kind and patient and coaxed him to sit down and get his feet measured. They were very good at dealing with him. I also had a crying baby who needed feeding so had to do that and the staff were so helpful and friendly even though we didn't buy any shoes as my toddler's feet were still the same size so we didn't need new shoes for him yet. However I would go back for the good customer service.
The managers in this store are the RUDEST PEOPLE I’ve come across in my life and enjoy making elderly women cry. My mother told me how she tried to return boots due to one being much wider than the other ex display but asked for fresh pair, but left the store crying due to the manager. I thought it couldn’t be that bad so Went in myself to return said shoes and Natasha the manager had my blood boiling; the shoes were clearly faulty but she and the bald assistant manager refused to let me speak and just kept talking over me and rolling their eyes. Customer services advised us to go to another store as they’ve heard many issues regarding the store mainly Natasha, and the other store took them back no problem. I hope Clarks read these reviews and sort their staffing issues.
Fantastic customer service. After having a very bad experience in Sports Direct we went to Clarke's to get my son some shoes. They helped us measure his feet and despite the fact he is a hyperactive 3 year old, were very patient, professional and took it all in their stride. They were experienced and knew what they were doing. This is literally the only place we will bother to buy shoes for our son. Good quality and good customer service. Very happy. Keep up the fantastic work
