Excellent shoe repairs, reasonable price for keys and all done very quickly. Friendly lads behind the counter always good for a laugh! I have been coming here for a couple of years now and will continue to for many more.

We need more local shops like Great Scotts. Staff are very friendly and work hard to get things right. Great to see an independent business and not a massive chain.

Avoid",, as we say in the stock market" Go to Well Healed, opposite Argos. The lady explained the key, cut me a new one and it worked first time. The worst service yet. No receipt offered or given, 2 keys incorrectly cut by rude staff who totally ignored me, these people should not be in business. When I asked for an explanation and to pay attention they told me to get out of the shop. The one key still does not work should be known as worst scotts

First time I have used Great Scotts, but definitely not the last. Apart from being extremely polite and honest, they did a first class job of replacing the soles on my shoes. Good price, quality service and a definite touch of 'how things used to be'. Thank you.
