Decent store. Looks a lot different to the old, tired layout of previous standalone stores. Touchscreen devices used to find products are responsive as they're now using tablets meaning they're a lot quicker to use for searching. Open until 22:00 which is really handy. Only gripe, there is no terminal to quick pay. Often, through no fault of there own, the cashiers have to go fetch the items you've purchased whereas before dedicated runners would do this. With that, you do find you can be waiting a short time to be served. Introduce terminals so we can pay by card for a speedier service.

Everytime i buy a product from here. The packaging seems to be tampered with..... As if they are reselling items that has been returned......not the first time either. I bought a black cookworks kettle and it looks like someone opened it already also had water marks as if it was cleaned before selling. Didnt look brand new at all.
