I think Debenham's is amazing. There is so much in there from makeup to food, to clothing to house items. I did get lost a couple times, but overall a great place

A well set out, bright and welcoming store. Very different to the Merry Hill branch. Lots of room to browse and an extensive product range for men, women & children (clothes and shoes). The homeware section on the top floor is also very good.
Looking forward to eating at the restaurant as the menu had some appetizing options. There's also a Costa coffe in store.
Overall, a pleasurable shopping experience that has enhanced Wolverhampton city centre.

Nice layout, good cafe.  Prices are a bit crazy.  Yes it's good stuff but they need to remember they're in the middle of Wolverhampton.

I’m very disappointed with this store! The managers in this store are the most unprofessional people I have ever met in my life. However, the staff serving on cosmetics are always friendly. I’ve been served my a few managers and they have all been so rude and unprofessional, the way they speak to customers is disgusting.

Yesterday, I popped into the store after having no luck buying a suit at Marks and Spencer’s, but Kim the manager took my measurements and helped me choose the right suit for my cousins wedding and I can tell you Kim knows her stuff she’s brilliant and the best, plus I’m happy with my purchase and I strongly recommend Debenhams when buying a suit, and I strongly recommend Kim if you need her advice for looking for the right suit for the right occasion 👍🏻👌🏻
