Visited here twice yesterday due to having to exchange a suit. I had brought the suit from a branch in Nottingham but sadly it didn't fit. I spoke with the ladies here who were incredibly helpful. On each visit, they were friendly and extremely helpful.
Bought a coat @ £75 and found it had a hole in the pocket. I returned it and was told a replacement would arrive the next day, a text confirmed the same. On calling 2 days later it had not arrived and no updates. Poor customer service in my view, I demanded a refund. Quality these days does not appear the same.
Simply a waste of my time , I had seen some own brand lamp shades on line only to find they are not available in store Sadly everything now is click and collect without seeing , the assistant was very helpful but admitted they dont have the stock customers are asking for, They fill the space with items nobody wants , I didnt go in the clothes side cannot comment on that, and most people I seen where just there for a coffee I wont be shopping there again.
Shop is great but certain staff members are rude, especially the lady with short blonde hair who i assume is also is in a managerial role. Since retailers are struggling she should know better how to make shopping experience more appealing so people would want to come and spend money rather that ruin their day.
I wanted to know if the store had a DiningTable on display, the Head Office tried to transfer me on two occasions but each time I was cut off. Eventually, I was transferred, 20 minutes later my call was answered. Usual excuse ‘ Everyone’s really busy ‘. Eventually, I did receive the answer I was looking for after an hour of trying!
Geraline was an incredible help for us today. She was friendly and accommodating and helped us get just what we needed for our Ball next month. She was so happy and a great face for the business. Thanks!

Always love going to next. Costa inside for a break. mamas and papas perfect for me and my son to look around.
Been here a few times recently returning items and needing help with different sizes, and the ladies behind the counter are absolutely brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble. They go out of their way to help/reorder/source correct sizes, lovely and chatty, you do pay a little extra in next but the quality and assistance makes it all worth it. Thank you
