This store has a lot of items on offer, but unfortunately comes off as a bit cramped & dark because of that. Staff are extremely helpful. A lady called Iwona dropped what she was doing to help me locate a specific item from the Vitoria's Secret range - even going online to see if such a combination of item existed, which it did, so she crouched down & searched through every shelf for what I needed. Was much appreciated. The Costa upstairs is nice & brightly lit too thanks for the large windows. Just need to re-think downstairs as the clothing area is a bit claustrophobic.
Had a brilliant experience with staff member Philip. After wandering around the suits and trying various ones for quite some time my partner was unsure on any of the options. Philip kindly offered his help and helped him pick a nice burgundy coloured suit. His product knowledge was incredible and he really went the extra mile helping him get the correct sized shirt and all accessories needed. What an asset to the team Philip is
I am commenting on the infrastructure of the building. The men’s toilets are terrible and smelly. They have been broken for sometime.nThe state of the men’s changing rooms are poor. Most of the cubicles are missing hooks to hang up your clothes or the new clothes you are trying on so everything has to go on the dirty floor.
My recent visit to the next was disappointing due to the attitude of one of the store managers. He was extremely rude and had no friendliness or willingness to help. At no point did he smile or engage positively with me or appear to care about customer servicennWhen I asked for assistance, he was unhelpful and dismissive, making the interaction uncomfortable. This level of service is not what I expected and was very disappointingnnI hope the management team reviews this, as it reflects poorly on the store
Lovely store that has a brilliant little Waterstones and Costa. Next clothes are of a brilliant quality and last a lot longer that the cheap stuff like Primark. Parking is hard sometimes when exiting the carpark as roads over crowded.
