Big sections for boys, girls, men, woman and home department. Some isles are quite close so not always easy to get around with a double pushchair but pretty accessible compared to other stores. Separate online collection area so no need to queue up with people that are buying things. Upstairs coffee shop. Lifts and escalators. Good parking available
Today I visited store to pick up an Internet order. 1 of 2 items was the wrong item. I was helped by Kellie on the ground floor cash tills, Kellie kindly spoke to the on line customer services for me, I can say I'm delighted Kellie made that call for us as it wasn't the easiest one to make. 5 star review to Kellie for amazing customer service, Thank you so much a grateful customer:
Thoroughly disappointed with the customer service in mens wear, the staff on the till were miserable and didn’t fold any of the clothes before putting them in the bag. An older male grey haired employee barged in front of six people waiting at the till to process the purchase of the person he had been helping.
Next at it's best. Vast product range, Costa for a break. Clean washroom facilities and friendly staff. We will be back
Lots of choice and different colour styles I haven't been in next for a while as expected it to be above my price range but pleasantly surprised.
Best laugh I've had in ages... So,on the off chance we nipped in for a "look"..I say we,..myself and my adult son..he found a grey sweatshirt he liked..so..I said"I'll get it for you"..so he tried on the.,grey sweatshirt....bearing in mind he was wearing all black.. Finding the right size,over his head.. on.. looks a treat..taking it off he was covered in white lint!! .. The worker behind the counter didn't have a lint roller. .just stickers...so we ..stickered him off.. The trip cost me £24..but a free laugh ...was priceless!

Great store. Big and good range. Could stock a few more larger sizes instead of only online but this applies to next stores in general.
We were purchasing a buggy for our first born and defiantly needed help lol and Amelia parmenta was great too, she shew us around the buggy’s and took us through what they can and can’t do even gave us a little demonstration and helped us sort out it getting delivered so we didn’t have to try squeeze everything else in the car so great experience would recommend ****
Very good store but we were looking for single beds and there were none on display unfortunately.
