I have been using Kesgrave Carpets for over seven years now. l can't fault them at all. Excellent instore customer service. Good products. Great staff. Couldn't comment on aftercare as I've never needed.
Excellent experience purchasing carpet for our baby’s room. We had a tight timescale and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Not only were the staff very knowledgeable but we were surprisingly pleased with the quote we received too. We will be using them again in the future, and we would recommend them to others also.

Talked with the people about the carpet we was looking for. They gave some advice which was great. We have had the hole house completed as well as a garden room. The customer Service was great and prompt. Fitters cleaned up after themselves. Will use again.
We would like to say how pleased we are with our carpet installation. bedroom/stairs and lounge really neat job carried out by two very professional and respectful fitters.
First class service from start to finish. Can't thank Tony enough for his helpful, knowledgeable and above all else, honest approach in recarpeting our new home. His flexibility in allowing carpets to be fitted as and when we had redecorated a room was so helpful and took so much stress away. Carpet fitters were professional and friendly. All in all, a first class service which I highly recommend.
I appreciate them helping me out at short notice. They originally cut the wrong side off for me, despite my drawing being correct, I had to get on the phone and then go back again, luckily there was more of the same remnant, so after a bit of overseeing and direction, I came away happy that everything was correct the second time, and it was. I thought it was a bit expensive, and if you add in my extra time and cost for doing another trip, it was. My intention isn't to slate a company or any staff, it's just to give an honest review of my own experience, yours may have been, or may be different.
Great service from browsing to installation. We have bought our carpets here for years and will continue to do so. Prices are very reasonable.
Simply fantastic service, very wide carpet range and the most expert advice and fitters I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I live in central London so generally think I am pretty demanding in terms of customer service. I have recently fully renovated a house on the Suffolk coast and the wonderful Tony Lawler at Kesgrave Carpets supplied and fitted all the carpets. I have never had such good service from a carpet firm. Highly recommended.
