Popped into Elmers a couple of times recently. They have a good stock of hardware & gardening products plus so much more. The prices are good & you get great service from the staff. Nice to see a well run family business.

Forget about the big national stores, if you still remember hardware stores on the high street you will love Elmer's, real people that are helpful and will even put larger objects into your vehicle, anyone who lives within 10 miles knows this is the place to go for tools, hardware consumables gardening equipment all with a smile and a kind word. Love it.

Superb as ever. Great service. Amazing selection of goods. Always wish I had several thousand pounds more in store would buy it all.

Yes this is a hardware store but there’s much more than just hardware .First there’s the kitchen cookware shop full of quality stuff,the main shop has a large easy to use car park where you’ll find a good range of compost peat bark etc everything for the garden or greenhouse,inside the shop there’s a good range garden tools garden machinery lawnmowers chainsaws etc there’s also the hardware of course and there’s a section for workshop tools,hand tools power toolsnwoodwork machinery and everything that goes with them. I’ve used this shop for more years than I care to remember and I’ve found the after sales service is second to none.

This is a great shop but wish they would update Google on Bank Holidays with their opening hours!
