Located in Trinity Gardens in the heart of the Quayside in Newcastle, Piccolino brings a true taste of Italy to the heart of the city. The restaurant offers a wonderful combination of both modern and classic Italian dishes prepared in an open kitchen in full view of diners. Our dishes are rustic, simple and delicious and are created using the best, freshest ingredients.

Lovely authentic Italian food nice atmosphere
Not as good as other Piccolinos, Virginia waters and Leeds better. Although circumstance are different. Pandemic. Just don't think food was as good. It was also a bit difficult comminicating with some staff there was a bit of a language problem.
Last night of eat to help out. They squeezed us in and we had a great meal!

The restaurant is quite expensive however at the same time looks quite luxury. The staff were very professionally and polite and the food was delicious however the wait for the food was about 40mins and the shop was only at half capacity.
Easy yet upmarket Italian. Walked in on a weekday and got a table for 12. Set menu very good value for money. Food decent. Atmosphere good. Staff great.
Nice place, falls in the expensive side but food is great.
