I took my daughter to her first concert here. We saw Paloma Faith and absolutely loved every moment. The guests and staff were all so friendly and everything went perfectly well.
Atmospheric venue. Bar inside stalls auditorium so you can buy drinks without missing out on music. Better stocked bar downstairs.
Saw Matt Rife tonight was very funny. O2 City Hall was a good venue for comedy. Good sound and nice intimate setting.
Went to see Hawkwind, the venue is easily accessed, beer prices are ridiculous £8 a pint, I don't drink as I live in the middle of no where but the people I was with do, so we won't out before it was easier.... I had a great view of the stage and the sound levels were spot on. Parking can be a little hard to find but if there are car parks dotted around, all in all it was a good experience, and I'm looking forward to the next time I visit
Went to see thomas dolby and support , was a good night , was delayed start but staff was very good kept us informed of what was happening inside and outside
Very clean and tidy building. Clean toilets but the hand dryers are pointless. They make a lot of noise but nothing else would be better to just get a friend to blow through a straw plenty of bars for drinks. The drinks are a bit pricey but I guess that's what you should expect from a city. The staff are helpful and friendly. Comfy seats. Just be warned some of the seats in the middle have restricted views due to where the sound booth is located.
Saw The Vamps here a couple of days ago and it was the greatest experience. The band were fantastic as they always are but i have to say this is the most organised venue i’ve ever been to. The staff were lovely and always checking in on people in the multiple queues and made sure that everything was fair and that no one lost their place. The front of house staff member was amazing and so kind, he kept everyone entertained and was happy to answer any questions. The bar staff were polite and the crowd management team were very helpful in helping everyone find where they needed to be depending on the types of tickets they purchased. I would definitely come here for an event again!
Tried the standing experience! Never again! Drunken idiots falling around blocking your view, spilling beer on you! One couple was sharing pics of their dogs! It's a concert! Awful! Just been back.... I got charged £12 for two half's and no where to sit in the bar other than the stairs, it's a huge downhill from the past. No improvement in my stars but good performance by Thomas Dolby
One of my favourite venues to watch bands. Great atmosphere and view both from the floor and the balcony if you prefer to sit. Only downside was the cost of the drinks and we couldn't pop out to get food.
First time at this place.Went to see Mother Mother. Better experience than expected. Nice venue.
