Beautiful park along the River Tyne. There is a large playground for kids, and a parking lot. It is perfect for a walk. It is a nice getaway from the city.
Went at 8 am for some quiet time, and I got just that nFew joggers and walkers and people rowing on the Tyne.
Great for a walk along the river with the dog. Playground can't comment on as no kids to use it. It's very clean could do with a couple more bins though. The Keelmans pub does canny meals and beers.
Well worth a visit. So much to do and a nice little cafe.
Not bad. Required some work as it's gets dirty and brushes required some good trim. But generally not bad. Lost little character on path. Was original sand oath, someone decide to put tarmac surface on it. Good for wheelchair users but no character of wild area with it.
