Very pleasant doctors surgery. They support clients at my workplace and always happy to help. Always a warm welcome from the receptionist. Plenty of parking too.
Really great service. I rang 45 minutes before the practice closed - the receptionist was lovely and very helpful and within a few minutes I had contact from the duty team. From when I rang to being seen and treatment started, it was 25 minutes, it doesn’t get much better than that! Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and friendly, thankyou!
This surgery, from the Reception staff up to the Doctors, is exceptional in every way! I have NEVER known such exemplary medical service, all delivered with smiles and positivity. Just had to put down in words, what a massive difference to our lives since moving here, that the WickHam and Droxford surgery staff have made. I can’t thank you all enough M x
I was seen here as a temporary patient as an urgent appointment. I could not believe the level of care that I received. It was not rushed, very thorough with everyone i encountered, from the Receptionist, Practitioner, Nurse and Doctor, absolutely first class. I could not have wished for any better. A huge “Thank You” to everyone concerned.
My family have been registered at the surgery for about 3 years now and we are so grateful for the fantastic standard of care we have received. The GPs have been outstanding and we are so lucky to have them on our doorstep! Thank you so much for looking after us to such a high standard. I don’t know what we would do without the NHS.
Best surgery I've ever been at. Very efficient service for emergencies. Routine appointments still hard to get, and they seem to not tell their receptionists when new appointments will be on - a bit frustrating for everyone.
The Flu Vaccine Clinic day on 23rd October was absolutely first class in terms of effectiveness. So good to see the whole team working together to vaccinate so many people on one day. Brilliant service and a job very well done.
I had fantastic service yesterday from the practice. I phoned at 6.20 to ask if I could amend an e consult form and was told a doctor would phone within 30mins. 5 minutes later I had a call from Dr Ingles who prescribed antibiotics and arranged for them to be left in the vending machine at the surgery. Half an hour later I was taking my first dose. amazing service. Thank you.
Excellent service from the day I called to register with them three months ago. At a difficult time for the NHS dealing with Covid, I was surprised to find my call answered quickly by a cheerful voice. I arrived at Wickham surgery to find a large carpark with easy access. The reception and pharmacy staff were friendly and caring, dealing with my registration and advising when I needed help with medication orders on the patient access app.
I’ve been coming to this practice since 1994 and although I’m not a regular visitor thank goodness. I’ve always had first class treatment. Never been kept waiting long and never felt rushed. Thanks to the team for such great service.
