If I could I would give minus stars. This person should not be allowed to be a Dr. It is an insult to the name and profession. I had a bad fall just opposite this property. This person refused to help me and instead of sending me to orthopaedics, she sent me several months later to have my kidneys and liver scanned and REFUSED to allow me to see a consultant. I had to find a different way to get an appointment which took over 6 months. Five years after my accident, I have had to have both hips and my left ankle replaced as I did not receive immediate treatment and the injuries I sustained became more badly damaged, requiring extreme surgery which should not have been necessary. I have not been able to work since Jan 2018, do not get benefits so have to live on my savings, and am now permanently disabled and have to use either a wheelchair or crutches to be able to get around. I cannot express my disgust at this person and her complete lack of care and professionalism, both at this address and at Wickham Surgery, where she is still allowed to practice.
