Booked here last night and had a great night with my housemates. The employee on entrance was helpful and informative and directed us to a table swiftly. The drinks were good and pretty average in terms of affordability. The staff were pleasant and welcoming too. Recommend!
Meal sizes where huge and food was lush!!
First visit since the refurbishment. Much improved. Should have been done years ago. Staff handling the current situation incredibly well.

Great pub sat outside with the dog no issue
Bit of a shambles... all of a sudden we were told to leave the pub everyone was no explanation... about 7 staff and drinks took some time to come to table.. wrong drinks a couple of times. Not good sadly
Have been a regular here for 23 years having seen at least three refurbishments. The latest one is the best. Still a delightful place to go.
