Forgot the drinks order after waiting 30 minutes. After going to the bar it was explained that the order was printed but not done. Then they brought glass pint glasses into the kids play area so we couldn't have them. No apology. I assume you have new staff. *edit Second order took the same again so I had to go to the bar and find out why. they said they'd done the order and given it to a table that were eating by the bar we were in wacky play area they then said that my table number was wrong and somebody had been messing with the stamps on the tables. So I asked how was it possible that you managed to get me my drinks on the first order. I was met with silence. Does this table number look like it was removed and stuck back on?
Great service visited 3/11/22 with quite a few family members. the woman working allowed us to move the tables together, she helped us order the food and for how many of us she got all the orders correct and explained each option available for the children and even chased up a desert that took too long for my son. We had a great time we stayed till nearly closing and ended up buying some passes to come again. The overall feel of the place has improved and it looks a lot cleaner Would definitely recommend it.
No food in the soft play area was a slight disappointment as we'd met with friends and the children wanted to play together and they seemed busy in the restaurant so didn't end up going in for food. Despite having someone push in front of me at the bar and getting served first, not necessarily your fault but it makes for a slightly different experience when the bar staff don't notice despite there being only a cue of 3 people, but maybe that's experience talking. Otherwise friendly staff, polite and professional
I used to love taking my grandson at Florence Wacky but it filthy ..food everywhere including the play areas. The floor hasn't been cleaned for ages and I feel sorry for the young girl working on her own trying to book people in, serve beverages, assist with activities, and everything else they do. I was told last year the play area was going to be updated but it never has been. I've found a cleaner better place to go now but Florence Wacky was on my doorstep but with increases in Step A...and other bugs and viruses im not going risk it.
Staff were absolutely amazing. Very friendly service. Followed government guidelines to a tee. Bambino loved every minute and if it hadn't of been for the amazing British weather would definitely have loved to sit outside to break the day up on the outside Park. Had a coffee that was lovely and food that was tasty with the bonus of the kid being absolutely exhausted by the time we got home
We had a carvery tonight , my sons girlfriend had gammon . She had a good serving has it was nearly the end of the joint . Me and my daughter picked Turkey and Turkey and Beef the portions were really small ... saved for the Sunday roasts I guess ?! Oh dear
I went to wacky warehouse last night and ordered food the beans on my kids meals were like cardboard like they had been there days no colour or sauce they were that dry, the kids tried there beans first and spat them out because of that they didn’t eat the rest of there meal, I took these back a girl then come to me saying the kitchen are making new , I said no thanks, she said ok and walked off! No apology no offer for a pudding just a waste of money for me . Also there was a game going on so my children were waiting to play the woman organising only told a few people how to play so children were looking for paper we had no clue about, so the children were upset they didn’t have chance to pick one , the game was just for photos not done properly at all
Sad to say that this place needs some serious attention particularly regarding the menu. As it's local I would really like to have something good to say about it. I have tried the food on several occassions, only to be bitterly dissapointed. I would advise to save your money and hope there is something better to come as it is a waste of a decent venue.
Play area good for kids but we booked table for meal Sat down got told they behind do meals itl be hr before get any food at all ? Discussing can't let kids babys wait this long for a meal bad management we got up walked out took them macdonalds instead also I feel that there needs be some one supervision on the whacky ware house
My daughter attended a party and I had to take my youngest with too. Zoe Humes was brilliant and went out of her way to include my youngest and even gave her a party box so I didn't have to deal with a crying 2year old.
