We were very impressed with our steaks, really good quality and cooked to perfection. The waiter was really friendly and very helpful! We had a 30% off voucher which came through the door, and we will definitely be back again!
Had a lovely valentines meal with my boyfriend. Terri was our server, she was very kind and helpful. Would deffo go again! Had the BBQ chicken burger, but changed the fries to potato fries, was so nice.
Upon entering I was greeted with a smile and we got seated really quick. The staff seam really friendly and the food was tasty. The lady who gave me my food was very nice. Overall, I enjoyed my experience here. It was a tasty Marstons pub with a great atmosphere. If you haven't been here yet. I recommend you go at least once.
The food was fantastic, hot, delicious and came out quickly, but it was the staff that really shone. All the staff were amazing but the lady that was working in particular was a credit to your team. She was so happy, helpfull and polite. She informed us of offers and even offered to keep my food warm when she saw I was feeding my baby and couldn't eat. This was out first visit and we have already planned to return.
Been tonight as a table of 6. Even though they were short staffed tonight, we were still served in good time and by a lovely member of staff, Shirley. She ensured our meals were correct and checked regularly if we needed more drinks and ensured everything was alright with our meal. The plates were cleared quickly and dessert was brought out in good time. Thank you Shirley.
First time visiting. Food menu looked good but when ordering half the menu wasn't available to order so I had no choice bit to order food I didn't want. Drinks and frozen cocktails wasn't available so I was offered a drink completely different to want I wanted. Food portions were small and warm not hot when they arrived to the table. Will not be going again.
We called for tea to escape a big traffic jam. The staff were friendly and there was plenty of room to sit, though the table would have benefited from a clean. We ordered scampi and chips, classic burger and classic chicken burger. The food was nice and the chips were hot and crispy. We all enjoyed our food.
Good atmosphere. Ordered online,prompt service with drinks. Unfortunately as there was a party on we had to wait over 45min for the food we ordered. I had to ask Staff were professional and pleasant. Food was tasty and hot. Cleanthiness of the pepper mill was good.
Came in today to have a meal with my partner and while we were there I was appalled to hear another table talk to a member of staff in such a horrible way however she handled it like a star with grace and decorum! Our meal was piping hot and really yummy, will be returning. Shirley was amazing and handled everything so well.
Nice welcome. Clean table. Not really had it explained to me and family how we order, what to do next. Figured it out, went to bar, bar staff happy and courteous. Ordered, used Blue light badge 20%off food. Food was nice well seasoned. Left fat and full.
