Yesterday I visited Carnaby New Era Store to buy a present for my missis. Unfortunately, I've felt bad experience from the side of customer service. First of all, I couldn't find the right size and no one was able to help me. After I found the right size which suits us, we realised that the cap was dirty so I asked the member of staff on the till about another one with the right size but they didn't help me at all and made themselves look very busy. So I left the store with regret

Pretty awesome little shop. Me and my other half got new hats and spent a lot of time going through the sizes etc. Customer service at the till was 10/10 but on the door and inside, the staff seemed more interested about talking about their private life than acknowledging most customers.

Friendly and approachable staff with a lot of the up-to-date teams caps would like to see some small teams instore. I was looking for a specific cap was not in the showroom area a member of staff went and found one down in the store room.

Absolutely miserable and rude staff. Better off ordering online since they don’t help you with anything. If you want to waste your time, go there.

Stumbled across this store with my cap-obsessed 12 year old son and loved it. The store was so clean and tidy and the staff, including security were all so polite and friendly. And I was pleasantly surprised that embroidered names etc for the hats was only £8! Very very reasonable considering the location they're in.

Very trendy and well stocked. Friendly staff. We got here near closing time so didn't have much time to browse and purchase. Will come back again to have another good look around. Spoilt for choice so need more time.

On, Sunday 15th May 2002 - I visited New Era on Carnaby Street to make a potential purchase.  This actually happened due to the outstanding Customer Service skills of employee: Tristan whom went to the storeroom to locate a number of products of which one was suitable hence the purchase.  I made Tristan aware that I was going to make this review and he gave me permission to use his forename.  Very well stocked store and polite staff.

Staff are great! Really helpful and more importantly patient. Stock is always good and custom embroidery is available 

Amazing service from Aisha and the other lady at the till helped me find my right size and even bended the brim for me 

The only store I’ve known in the uk what can u say….cool staff though..I see a lot of reviews saying rude staff but I don’t know y
