the cleaner has been shut down since lockdown there are no messages on the answer machine and no notice outside I have clothes there that I need - urgent - please update us

Bad customer services and bad dry cleaning Give them a rug for dry cleaning and got it back damaged. Employees are useless for help. and took 2 weeks to get hold of their manager before they could retrieve my rug.

Unfortunately every time I have gone over the weekend the staff is too rude, apparently they don't like to do their job. I'm so disappointed

Did a wash using their machines. Overall OK experience, large washers were £7 a cycle, medium £6 35 min cycle. Dryer cost £1 for 6mins. Machines were dated but did the job.

Absolutely rude and unhelpful. Ask how much a wash was and got told im asking too many questions and she cant help me.

Avoid. Dropped off a suit for dry cleaning on Saturday for pick up the following Wednesday. When I returned to pick up the suit, not only had it not been dry cleaned but it was no longer on the premises so I couldn’t take it elsewhere. Finally got the suit back 24 hours late. Very poor.
