Reception Staff are lovely, surgery is far too small no where to sit and no lighting. Pharmacy staff are nice too but the pharmacy have now built into the waiting room making it very claustrophobic and people coughing sneezing all over each other not very nice at all.Also people coming in taking their methadone in front of everyone.I shall be changing surgeries now I've been here since I was a child so a real shame.

Receptionists are aggressive & miserable! You have to reaveal personal information about yourself in front of queue of people! The worst ever ! 👎👎👎

No issues at all with this surgery, been with them since 2012 , lovely staff in both the surgery and the Pharmacy 10/10 , never had a problem getting an appointment 👍🏻

Terrible surgery have waited 10 hours for a call back from doctor as was told by reception this was needed .not happy as the lady I care for could have gone to A,and E still no call 10 hours later ,I'm now going to make a formal complaint to surgery, local NHS and ombudsman ,as discrimination against a lady how is vunerable with learning difficulties.

Hopeless. The phone line is instantly overloaded as soon as they open making it impossible to get an appointment, you can't even queue it just goes to the busy tone. I managed to get through this morning after 73 (literally) phone calls The staff are nice enough when you do eventually get an appointment after wasting hours redialing them over and over and over again.
