Very large park.  Lots of dog walking and the park gym is pretty good too

A lovely park that is very open with a children’s play area and an outdoor gym. There is also an activity centre with a free fitness instructor (Jon) that will arrange set activities for small and large groups. 
Booked in a group of 10 for the next 6 weeks for a fitness class. 1st class was a really pleasant experience which involved a tour walk along the cannels and around the park, the second part of the session involved – Dance boxing which took pace inside the activity centre. Felt that the instructor took care of our group and listened to what they intended to achieve from booking theses sessions with him.   We are all looking forward to our return next week.
