EDIT: I will NOT be amending my review. While ever you offer the service of recommending parking then it's your name over the door for this one. You should vet who you recommend and you're the ones who take the payment, therefore in my mind I'm dealing with you. Your booking email also says 'Thank you for booking with FlyPark Plus' Secondary, your customer service is terrible, you have very poor response times see your response to my review and you did not satisfactorily deal with my complaint and yet your customer service rep closed all communication and would no longer respond to me. I have all the emails for this if you wish to see. 1 star but would give them less if possible. AVOID. The initial person picking the car up frankly didn't seem bothered and was rushing round trying to find other cars. When we returned from holiday the car was available quickly which is good, the lad that dropped it off just asked my name, no id, chucked me the keys and left promptly. After opening all 4 doors on the car we noticed it was left in a disgusting state. Mud everywhere, all on the carpets, door frames, doors and seats . Absolutely unacceptable and the lad was long gone by this point as he obviously knew it was a mess. I took pictures of all this mess and will be lodging a formal complaint and seeking some compensation for this as the car will need to be valeted fully . AVOID AVOID AVOID This was the Manchester branch.
If its possible I would give them no stars. My car was returned yesterday having been keyed down the side, with £1200 worth of damage, yet unable to get hold of anybody at the "helpline" to deal with the issue. Was told to write an email that would be dealt with in 10 days. This is on top of extremely rude service by the mobile operator, large times to wait for car to be collected and dropped off and muddy car on return. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL THIS COMPANY IS IN OPERATION. I shall be reporting them to the police and seeking legal action.
RESPONSE AND UPDATE TO FLY PARK PLUS: So your response is interesting in that whilst I can see on your website that you provide a list of different car parking options and from a range of different companies. I did in fact purchase the FlyParkPlus Saver option from your website i.e. your parking option not that of a third party like the other options which are clearly listed and also promoted on your website. When I paid for the service I paid your company. When I received my booking confirmation you told me that your FlyParkPlus Saver service was operated by another company - Airport Secure Parking Limited - presumably you subcontracted with them for the service provision. In any event, having visited the FlyParkPlus website, purchased the FlyPark Plus Saver Service and paid FlyParkPlus for the parking. I think it's reasonable for me to assume I have been dealing with FlyParkPlus and I should be able to rely upon you to fix this mess with your chosen subcontractor, who will not respond to any of my emails. Incidentally you show 1 review with a rating of 9.5 on your website for the FlyParkPlus Saver service - this is misleading. Somehow I can't find any means to lodge a review on your website! UPDATE:Still awaiting a response from these people [Damage caused on January 21st, 2019. I've reached a stage where they are just ignoring my emails. I have informed them regrettably the next step is to go to the small claims court, if there is no response in 7 days, Review: Shocking AVOID at all costs. Turned up over 1 hour late, we almost missed our flight. When the car was returned it had been keyed on the rear door and the boot panel. Driver told us he could T-cut that out in 5 minutes - body shop told us it would be a £540 repair! Still waiting for a response on whether they’ll pay almost 2 months later. I’ve given them one star because there is no option to provide zero!
Breach of contract. Phoned company 20 minutes before arrival at airport as per their email, number not available. No other means of contacting them. Therefore had to pay Manchester airport directly a further £114 or we would have missed our flight. Staff at Manchester airport were not aware of this company. We consider ourselves lucky not to have left our car with Fly Park Plus having read endless reviews of damage to cars. Avoid this company at all costs they are rogues. Would give a minus score if it was possible. If you have experienced similar problems with this company, please report to Action Fraud as we have done. This company needs bringing to justice. Please also note, it is impossible to leave a review on the companies own website, this brings into question the validity of the "excellent" reviews they display. CK
This was a complete disgrace of a service. - I called them as instructed to inform them we were 30 minutes away from Heathrow. - 45 minutes later they never arrived. - I called a number of times and keep being told the guy was in the lift. I kept ringing back to inform them that I am going to miss my flight but the guy on the phone just kept hanging up on me. - It took them an hour and a half to collect my car and the 4 of us were waiting outside in the freezing cold for that time. - We literally only made the flight by 5 minutes and were very stressed. - Not exactly a hassle free meet and greet experience! We joked that it could not be as bad as that on the way back but in fact it was terrible!! - Yet again they were still not there a full hour and a half after we called them to inform them we had landed. - The guy on the phone continued to LIE or hang up on us. We were then told to go to a completely different location to the documentation where the driver had decided to park my car. - My car had a dent in the door which was not there when we dropped it off. The driver could not actually speak English so I had to call the number on the documentation. - I was initially hung up on when I raised the damage. Called back and was told to call back tomorrow and again hung up on. I asked for a written email to confirm that there was a dent but he refused and said he did not have an email address. - To top it all off the exit card he left me with required additional payment to leave the car park! This experience was a complete disgrace from start to finish. I have never left a review on anything in my life but I felt so strongly that I need to warn others to stay away from this corrupt business. If I could have chosen zero stars I would have.
I would NEVER use this company again. I called in advance as instructed. Collection and return of car took more than 40 minutes despite my advance calls. I had to call numerous times. Every time was told 'will be with you in 5 minutes' but these were just platitudes. A lady answering the phone when my car didn't arrive said she didn't work for the company and 'they have gone for something to eat'. The driver would not wait whilst I checked the car for damage. Payment for access to the car park 2 x£4 was demanded, although this was not clear on booking. Another lady waiting with me had the same experience. Overall shockingly bad. I would give no stars but I can't leave a review without one! This is NOT a meet and greet service, it's misrepresentation. It would be quicker, cheaper and less stressful to use the car parks.
We booked this service and went for the slightly more expensive one as they had good reviews . We booked a meet and greet at Heathrow for Terminal 5 . We were told to call when we were 30 mins away. We did this and were told to go to the drop off point at terminal 5. These were not the same instructions as the email. We waited 10 mins and then they came. The bad bit came when we arrived back. We called when we had our luggage as per instructions. We were told to go to the same point where we dropped the car off , which was the drop of point again at the airport terminal 5. When we got there we noticed a sign that said no picking up , there is a £40 pound fine. We waited 30 minutes and our car had still not come so we called back, the operator said he would locate the driver and call us back. He didn’t. We tried calling the number again and they would not answer they kept cutting us off. After an hour they finally answered and said the driver had tried calling me which he hadn’t. . The driver was very nice, but the guy answering the phone was just a liar. What concerns me is, all you have is a piece of paper with a mobile phone number on it. You don’t know where your car is or if you will get it returned especially when they don’t answer the phone. We still don’t know whether there will be a fine but if there is I will be passing this onto flyplus. Will never use again .
Absolutely appalling service! In the chaos that ensued after landing at Birmingham at 05:30 the company employees in the drop off car park could not locate my car or those for several other clients in the same position. The company failed to answer the telephone with all calls being directed into an already full voicemail box. My car was finally located one hour later but they could not say when it would be delivered so I requested that they take me to the car park so that I could drive it away myself. This was done and I finally drove away nearly two hours later. I complained by email the same day requesting a full refund rather than submitting a credit card dispute. All I got back was an automated reply acknowledging receipt of the complaint. I phoned them three days later, spoke to their complaints department and got fobbed off with a promise that someone would be in touch by the end of the day. This never happened and I have now gone along the credit card route. Use this company at your peril as they are utterly inept and simply do not seem to be capable of providing the services they have been contracted for. My response to your reply 2019-04-30: Further to your request to remove the review, I do not feel inclined to do this for the following reasons. Fly Park Plus was the only contact point for this service so it was your website where I registered the complaint receiving an automated ticket reply which subsequently, was ignored by you. It was also your customer support phone number I rang to query the progress of the dispute a few days later where I was promised a return call by the end of the day which never came. Therefore it seems to me that in the absence of contact information to the contrary, you are the front end of the valet parking company and it is your responsibility to ensure that I am provided with the service I paid for.
Very good experience overall. Driver was ready to collect the car at Heathrow Terminal 3 at 6 am. They advised me to use the drop off point which was convenient. Upon collection around 9 pm they took 15 minutes to arrive at the designated point in the car park, as promised. The car was in the exact condition I left it in, having been driven only 5 miles in my absence. I would use again, especially for an early drop off.
Good service on the drop off. We felt it was strange to be asked to come to drop off area vs. level 4 inside. However it was ok. On the way back it was disastrous. BA had moved us onto an earlier flight and we arrived a couple of hours before the agreed pick up. When I rang, the person on the phone gave us no indication of time. He simply said that we should wait inside and wait for a call, which was very strange. 20 minutes after the phone call we had not heard from him, which was extremely poor communication. When we called again he was evasive about timing. He mentioned that there were two cars in front of us and a battery died of one of them and they needed to fix it. I asked where to go to and he said they will deliver the car to the departure area. When we arrived, it said drop off only. Fines of up to £40 if you pick up from here! We called him back, then he told us if they delivered the car to level 4, we would have to pay the fee, which apparently is in the small print. I found this very deceiving. We agreed to go to level 4 to pick up the car and pay the parking fee, £4.20, ourselves. The man was now not picking up the phone anymore and gave us absolutely no indication of when our car would arrive. After 1h 40min of the initial phone call our car arrived. I’ve never received such shocking service, with such rude staff. The communication was shocking and deceiving. The car arrived looking like it had been parked on a field. No apology from the driver, no signing off of the car. No verification at all.
