Made very welcome, great clean apartment. Lovely full English breakfast.

The proprietors were wonderfully friendly and laid back. The bed was comfy, there was a great reading chair, the shower was nice and hot, and the patio had a lovely view of the countryside. The breakfast was made with delicious locally sourced produce. Couldn't have been more pleased with our stay!

We recently stayed at Netherleigh B and B on the way down to Devon. The owners John and Sue were welcoming and friendly hosts. The location was perfect for us, just off the A35 and within easy reach of Lyme Regis and the Jurrasic coast line. The rooms were really well equipped and beds were extremely comfortable. We thought that everything had been thought of and the comfort of guests was a high priority. We really enjoyed the cooked breakfast and would definitely choose to stay again in future trips down to Devon.

Excellent quiet location, serviced with care and very nicely appointed. Great meals and service at the local pub, which is only a short walk away. Friendly and very helpful owner.
