Bun Bo hue was fantastic!! I traveled all overt the Vietnam to discover Vietnamese food. Here they do have very authentic flavor of Vietnamese food.Food: 5/5
Average food quality - the flavours of both dishes that we ordered were not that authentic and traditional. Prices are ranging from around £15 per dish plus 10% service charge. Good portion size. Service is okay and not quite friendly and attentive even though the shop wasn’t busy at all. Don’t think I’ll come back again…Food: 3/5
Haden't been here since the pandemic. Glad to see that the quality of their food and service remains top-notch. One of the best Vietnamese restaurants in London. Loads of menu options. So near to Marylebone and Baker Street stations. Full points.
Racist boss lady Micro racism at its finest Refused letting me come in despite it pouring with rain, because they weren't open yet for another 10 mins - which is mean but fair enough. But then two white dudes came to check out the menu still 8 mins before opening, and only then she came to open the door. Also gave me the worst seat as I didn't have a bookingdoor opening into my table. The space is empty and never really at full capacity from my experience even during busy lunch hour/ dinner. Food is decent though, bo bun hue is basically a spicy pho broth
Lovely family-run Vietnamese restaurant round the corner from Marylebone station. A reasonably priced gem for the area! The curries were flavourful and the portion size was generous. We also had beef summer rolls which were delicious. Service was not gushingly friendly, but attentive. The restaurant was warm and cosy, nicely lit and not loud. Will defo be coming again when in the area!
This is an authentic Northern Vietnamese family-owned restaurant, which is quite rare in London. The location is not too far from Madame Tussaud and next to a small grocery shop. The food we ordered was great!! I personally don't enjoy dining in here the customer service, the noise in the kitchen, the layout, the light setting, the decoration, the cutlery need A LOT of improvement if they want to keep charging this price but if you want to taste real Vietnamese Pho, Bun thit nuong grilled pork noodles , order on or takeaway is the way to go!! Each dish is about 14~15£.
Authentic Vietnamese restaurant. Staffs were all very friendly and service was very good. Their salt and pepper chicken wings were delicious and finished so fast that I forgot to take a picture of it. The Bun bo hue was full of flavours and spicy. A very satisfying meal!
Delicious traditional Vietnamese food. The summer rolls were pretty good, but the highlight was the beef pho which was rich and savoury, and the serve was a really good portion. Would like to try their bun in summer. It’s slightly expensive, but then it’s Marylebone so you have to expect that. They only have one dessert - fried ice cream - so head up the road to Heavenly Dessert if you want a bigger selection.
I came here with my mum and had a wonderful experience! This was my first time with Vietnamese food and it was a very positive one. I also found it very friendly to people trying new things as what was in each dish was clearly explained on the menu. I got the beef pho and really appreciated the option for well the variety of how you could have your beef I got my one well done. It had great flavour and was very big. We also got Nem prawn and pork spring rolls and cánh gà chiên mắm chicken wings in honey and fish sauce. All the food was so incredibly delicious and fresh. The portions were also quite good but it was on the more pricey side but it’s not unusual for this area. Since we got quite a bit of food I did need to take some away and they do make you pay for a takeaway box. If you’re someone who often takes food away I would advise you to bring your own tupperware if you don’t want to pay the small fee. We went when there was a lunch rush and so it got quite busy and a little cramped. They do have different groups share tables if they can which was a new experience to me but I did not mind. If this is not something that you may like, you may want to go at a quieter time. However the service was amazing and consistent even when it was very busy!
This is a small, very clean Vietnamese restaurant. This is the first time I have eaten here, but the staff were friendly and the food arrived quickly, with large portions. The food was lovely, but I would have enjoyed slightly more flavour in my pho. The BBQ pork was nice. I would order one of the more spicy options on my next visit.
