Food was alright, the service very nice. Definitely doesn't compare to having Pho in Vietnam. The broth was a bit stale, the rare beef fresh but chewy. Considering the quality, prices are on the high end.
Always enjoy a meal here. The staff are friendly, the service is good, and the food is fresh with well balanced flavours. A friend of mine was very impressed by the pho despite the server being bemused by her requests for extra vinegar, chilli, and other toppings.
Lovely food and attentive service! We had a lovely night out at this Viet place and would recommend it. We had vegetarian pho and crispy spring rolls - which were all very tasty! The staff was very attentive and the place wasn't loud I hate when you have to scream to be heard by someone sitting in front of you!!.
The starters were amazing. The people working were very nice and the service was good. They apologized because they were busy and the food would have been late a bit, meaning 10 minutes which for us was super ok. Very nice place, feeling like in a family place, very adorable, definitely will go back there
We have ordered some vermicelli and pho both were tasteless. The chicken wings came as a whole and therefore were not cooked properly. The guy who served us was nice and efficient.
The service is really great and the staff is super friendly. The food is very fresh and the quality is incredibly high. Always enjoy coming here. Great value for money, and totally recommend. Amazing taste experience
It was the best pho soup ever!
Poor service - I was the only one here... I sat for 10 min before I had to ask can I order- and she never checked on my meals if they were ok or needed to be cleared again I had to ask- also value for money- make the extra 5 min taxi and go to GO vIET... this was far to pricey for what it was. They should lower there prices or increase standard of food quality. Also I asked for Vietnamese coffee-- it would of taken a chef 5 minutes to go and get some and make a happy customer...: anyhow having worked in the hospitality industry... it's all about the small details that make it a memorable experimce ... check go viet and you will know what I mean that is 5 star food/ and service and the pho is only 8.50 lunch
Really nice and tranquil Vietnamese restaurant. The portions are abundant and the staff is attentive, nice and welcoming. My lemongrass noodles were a little insipid though!
The worst service I’ve ever experienced - orders : incorrect, half our meal didn’t show up - food: what we received tasted ok but had to wait two hours for main meal, rice came 30mins after mains, missing dishes - drinks: no ability to bring four of the same beers. Had to ask 3 times for our drinks everytime - staff: complained repeatedly - no apology, no willingness to help, when realised after two hours they had not cooked the goat tried to pretend one of chicken dishes was goat. Table next to us walked out. Waiter told us it was our fault that the meal had been a disaster because the restaurant was too busy. - value for money: added a service charge!!! DO NOT GO HERE
