FISH AND CHIPS! I ate my first English fish and chips there with my friends in 2014! A unique and delicious experience BUT the service is slow! It is a rather bustling place, and there is a long line to get to the restaurant, then a long waiting time to get food. I guess that's the issue with good restaurants.

Great place. This is our local, effectively and it never disappoints. Great drinks, although pricey, mind you. San Miguel is £5 a pint. However, absolutely worth it. The staff are excellent, intelligent and attentive. The food is really good. Just try the chips! Best in Bournemouth. The sheltered outdoor seating is fantastic when the sun is out, even on a cold day. All in all, highly recommended. Oh, and the coronation chicken baguette I had today was the best ever - seriously!

Lunch Best Lunch we have had for a long time. Mussels 1000% so tasty. My wife said it was the best goats cheese salad she has ever eaten. Well done to the chef. Staff very pleasant.

Got in the queue to order, waited 10 mins to get served and then when we got to the bar, they told us they don’t take hot food orders as they don’t serve until 12pm. It was 11:50am- meaning we had to go to the back of queue and wait another 10 minutes. Easy fix to this stupid rule is to take our order and we would happily wait 10 minutes for it to be put through to the kitchen. Staff were miserable and unhelpful.

Doesn’t serve hot drinks past 16:30! Happy to keep you 10 minutes waiting in a queue with slow, poor service before making this known though. Why would you serve hot drinks on a winter’s day though!? Absolutely pathetic. Waste of time. Could do so much more with this place. The ambience was stale also.
