My husband (who is West Indian)and I went to this place as they advertised Sunday roast. When we entered to the restaurant nobody anknowledged us, we were standing at the door for about a minute then decided to go to the counter and ask if we have to be sited. They told us to sit anywhere we want. After a few minutes we were sitting at the table but nobody came to give a menu or take our order. When my husband went to the counter again, they just asked which Sunday roast we want, still didn’t ask if we want any drink or anything else. After a few minutes a lady came over and said that they had to keep our bank card behind the bar, which we handled them. Then when we were sitting there started to talk about if it is ok, and we realised that they didn’t ask anyone else to give the bank card.At this point we decided to cancel the order and leave. We both felt extremely offended. This was the most racist place we ever been. We are never going back and advise any our friends to avoid to this place and go to any other restaurant in Bournemouth.

Totally disappointed, they asked for my credit card to keep behind the counter. I felt they asked for it just because I was black. Me and my wife went to many other restaurant in Bournemouth, nowhere treated us like that. I will never go back there again and will suggest our friends and family to avoid this horrible place.

Popped in for lunch, wraps and burgers amazing. Price was great shame we wasn't staying in the area for longer. Service was great. Would recommend for food in the area.

Amazing venue! We all walked in, on the opening night, and was greeted to a very beautifully designed interior with some amazing décor, the seating alone is so comfy, not to mention the art on the walls that started many a conversation through the night. The bar staff were all dressed smart and the service we received was friendly and professional, the cocktails are just irresistible and one simple isn't enough lol. The free sample food buffet for the Asian Tapas menu was simplify divine! The Chinese wings and Asian ribs were gone instantly. We all look forward to many a more evening at the venue, testing the new wine selection and food menu
