If I could give 0 stars I would! The management at this place is disgusting! As a now paying customer I have watched this place fall downhill rapidly. I have watched management speak to members of staff in an appalling manor. And the way I was spoken to today was highly unnecessary. The food was lovely and the service from the lady on the counter was lovely too giving recommendations on different dishes. It’s a shame, the management at this place used to be so lovely and welcoming.
Rubbish on my table that I asked to be cleared away before I start eating, manager tells me ‘it’s not hurting you so leave it’, this is no way to talk to a customer.
I won’t be coming to this store if I see him there again. Disgraceful.

Doesn't deserve low the low rating but it is a lot more tasty if you order it but in the restaurant  your can create your own noodle box.

Food ok but not spicy enough and well over priced. 2 regular boxes of noodles a sauce, choice of meat or prawns 1 small bottle of coke and 5 extremely small spring rolls £18.65.

Order from neds noodles pretty regularly as the food is delicious. However, the staff/management are appalling. Placed an order online and forgot to add one item, so I called the shop and was told my food left five minutes ago. 35 min later it hadn’t arrived so I rang again as I was concerned. The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful, told me a different story to what I was told previously, then hung up on me. I called again and the manager said ‘he doesn’t have time for this’ and was SHOUTING at me down the phone. I was simply stating that if the lady hadn’t said it had left, which it obviously hadn’t, I could have added onto my order like I asked. When the food finally arrived 45 minutes since the store claimed it had left, the driver said that it wasn’t true. 
Very upset with the customer service, it’s not the first time that I’ve had this problem with them and it’s a shame as the food is good.

Tasty noodles and sauce. Took a really long time from ordering to receiving it (about 10-15 minutes). Most stir fry places take 5 minutes or less per order. It's ridiculous to have to pay extra for vegetables, as that should be standard with the meal. I ordered the spicy Thai sauce, which wasn't really spicy at all.
