I have recently downloaded the app on to my phone. It seems to give good discounts and have successfully used it once, making Burger King a more attractive proposition than it's rivals! The Eastgate restaurant is better now that the seating has been rearranged, thus making the restaurant less attractive to malingering crowds of teenagers.

There is quite a large line as well as it being a little cold and dark. But the food is amazing, the beef is a lot less gold Finn and stringy so its worth it.

Slow service, usually due to under-staffing. Food is pretty well made, but standard fare for a BK. Plenty of seating, which is hardly surprising as it's far from a busy restaurant.

The food is great but the service is terrible. People queuing out the door while the staff casually stroll around the kitchen and chat amongst themselves whilst customers wait 5+ minutes for a basic whopper meal or something similar. Great food, poor service.

One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had the misfortune to have. Plenty of staff and yet they seemed utterly incapable of dealing with even the simplest task. In spite of a queue out of the door, they ran out of fries, and even when they'd finished cooking, no one thought to put more on. Staff were slow to do anything, with many of them just standing about seemingly oblivious to the ever growing queue both out of the door and those who had already ordered, standing around waiting for their food order. Utterly clueless and in sore need of some proper leadership. Shameful and disgraceful, I walked out having been in the queue for 25 minutes and yet still no closer to even getting my food order taken, let alone actually getting to eat it once ordered. Best avoided especially if you're hungry!
