Went in here this afternoon to try it, as we hadn’t been here since it was Ed’s. Thoroughly disappointed was seated and only given adult menus when we had our 13 month old with us. Eventually got a child’s menu and was sat there for a further 10-15 minutes by which point it was way past my sons lunch time and we’d had enough of staff walking past and not even acknowledging us. A table were seated and had a round of drinks brought to them in the time we were waiting after getting the child’s menu. The only time we were offered for someone to take our order was as we were leaving. Very poor service and we certainly won’t be returning!! Save your money and go else where!

Food was okay. Service was atrocious. Table hadn't been setup with correct amount of cutlery. Took ages to take our order. Took ages to get our order. Food came before drinks and was wrong food. Asked for cutlery it never came. No checkback to see if food was alright considering they had made a mistake that seemed awful. The owner told the chef to stop cooking and clear tables??? Food did not warrant the price paid. You couldnt pay me to eat their again. Should be on Ramsays Kitchen Nightmares.

Very disappointing, waited ages to be seated and then another 20mins until served . Very slow and they werent even busy. Tried to complain on the email address they display and it dont work. The mobile number i texted a complaint to and never heard from them. Will never go back again!

It took almost an hour to get bacon and pancakes and when it arrived I had a complaint. No one came back over to check if everything was okay. By the time they did my partner had eaten his burger and chips and it was too late to get anything done about my food. So I went to burger king in stead. Other than that,the chef whites need washing. One chef walked into the kitchen with a handful of raw chicken to take to the grill. I mean we were customers and my partner witnessed that. There was quite a bit of standing around being done. The waitress that we had seemed to be doing everything. As we were leaving there was a row of food ready to be taken out that wasn't going anywhere. Really very disappointed. I mean I waited for an hour to get something that takes 5 minutes to make. When I arrived it looked awful and I had to go to burger king.

Been here 3 times, it started out ok (even tho they got my order wrong every time) but has got worse each time we have eaten here . The last time the burger pate was thinner than the bacon, so don't stop here if your hungry.
